Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. If a return shipping label is issued, it will be included with the instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@kentuckymart.com so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item. Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
